James E. Moore is a graduate of Middle Township High School, Rutgers College at Rutgers University, and Widener University School of Law. While working towards his law degree, he served as a Legal Intern to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, P.J. Cv., New Jersey Superior Court, and also interned with the Veterans Law Clinic for two semesters at Widener School of Law, representing United States Veterans in veterans’ compensation cases before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
After graduation, Jim worked as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Nelson C. Johnson, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court. Prior to attending law school, he was the controller for a property management conglomerate in Wildwood Crest, New Jersey.
He is a past President of the Cape May County Bar Association, former Mock Trial Coordinator for the Cape May County Bar Association, and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Jim and his family reside in Cape May County.
